How Do I Track My Order?
If you created a password when you checked out, you can login to the site and check the status of your order.
1) Click the 'login" button at the top of the page.
2) Enter your email address and password. This will take you to your order history. From there you will see the status of your order.

What type of Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
We also accept Paypal
To pay by credit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account, simply click "Continue" under "Don't have a PayPal account?" section during checkout.

Sorry but we don't accept personal checks at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Satisfaction Guaranteed. No hassle returns: If you don’t love it we’ll take it back

We’re 100% confident you’ll love your purchase from Le Neko Noir. Why? Because it’s hand crafted with love for you. However, if for any reason, you don’t love it, we’ll take it back, no questions asked! You can return your item within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees.

If you paid via credit card, we will refund your card. If you paid via a gift certificate, we will issue you a new certificate with your refunded amount. You only pay for return shipping.

How long until I get my money refunded?
1 to 2 weeks / 5 to 10 business days from from the time we receive your return.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes. But first please Contact Us and let us know what we have in stock you would like to exchange it for, then when I get your item in the mail, I'll send it out to you.

Return and Exchange Instructions
It's easy. just Contact Us and let us know the reason you would like to return or exchange you item. It helps us improve our products. You will be sent the address where to send your return and a return authorization number. Please include the authorization number in the package when you return or exchange your item so that we can make sure you get credit for the return. Once we receive the item, we will email you and and begin the process to refund or exchange the item.

What is your privacy Policy
I hate spam. Le Neko Noir will never sell, trade, give away or gossip about you. I promise. We only use your email and personal information to process your order or to contact you about your orders.

Sales Tax

No sales tax is charged from our store unless you are a resident of Maryland
Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Selling at our shop

I want to sell items at your shop. How do I do that?
Wow, that's great.. In keeping with the them of the shop. Items should be sleep related, or a travel accessory. They should also be a little quirky, cute or some element that sets it apart from the main stream. Shoot me an email and include photos of your goodies with a brief description. Right now it's just me but I would love to find some like minded designers.

Do you offer wholesale?
At the moment, I offer a discount on orders over $500. Please Contact Me if you are interested.

General Shop Questions

What is "Indie Shipping?
Summarizing Wikipedia, "Indie is an abbreviation for independent". Independent from the mainstream that is. Indie can be a lifestyle and is mainly associated with music, fashion, design and the arts. The major influences for the Indie scene came out of Indie music and the DIY culture of the arts. So when you shop at Le Neko Noir, you are "shopping Indie" because you are buying from me, a small independently owned business with unique and one of kind items handmade and not mass produced. What could be better?

Why are so many items sold out or out of stock?

We try to keep as much stock as I can, but because I'm a small one person shop I sometimes run out of stock. Other times we get behind schedule or if we are lucky we get to go on vacation. During these time we are away, we will post a notice letting you know that we are away and when we will return. Otherwise, you can assume that we are here open for business.

Other times we make limited edition items. We keep them visible in the shop as a sort of showcase of past work. Feel free to send an inquiry about any products. We can sometimes do custom orders and make something similar to the item that is sold out.

How do I get something that's sold out or out of stock?
That depends. The best way to find out is to Contact USand ask. We might be able to do a custom order for you usually at no additional cost. You won't know till you ask.

I can make that myself, why should I buy from you?
Yes you can, Literally. We love to share knowledge with others and soon we'll be offering cool tutorials on how to make awesome stuff yourself. You are free to make the things from my tutorial for personal use. Meaning, you can't make my designs and sell them. That would be dishonest. So, if you have the time and energy than go for it. If not, than stick around and do some shopping. We do appreciate you.
